HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer expedited shipping at a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your order total is over $50, shipping is free.

We currently accept payments via credit card and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to help!

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@Floryxo.com within 8 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can no longer make changes.
What if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, your order will be redelivered the next day. It is also possible that the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on the country and the delivery method you choose.
You may also need to go to your local post office to pick up the package if it cannot be delivered to you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

I AM ORDERING AN AVAILABLE SET WITH A PRE-ORDER, WILL THEY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY?
We will ship your order once all items are available. If you would like to receive your available item before the pre-order, email support@Floryxo.com
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 14 days hassle-free returns.
The item(s) must be in their original condition, with the return label and hygiene seal attached. The item must not be used, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Floryxo.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping charges).
All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse in the US.
HOW DO I ENTER A RETURN?

We offer 14-day hassle-free returns. To initiate a return, please email us at support@Floryxo.com with the email address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please note that we are unable to refund the initial shipping charges for returned items, except for defective items. We are also unable to refund the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the goods, we will either send out the new parts or refund your purchase price (item price excluding original shipping charges).
We are not liable for the loss of returned garments. We recommend that you return items by registered mail and keep a close eye on the tracking information.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
